Welcome to Les Roches Bleues, our comfortable family holiday home situated in rural surroundings near the chateau town of COMBOURG. Close by, the villages of LANHELIN & ST PIERRE de PLESQUEN provide for everyday needs, with larger towns of DINAN, COMBOURG and DOL de BRETAGNE are just 15 mins away in any direction.

Set in an area steeped in history, close to unspoilt beaches, surrounded by woodland and open countryside with numerous golf courses nearby, LES ROCHES BLEUES provides the ideal holiday location for all ages, at any time of the year.

The kitchen and dining room easily cater for 10 people. Fully equipped with a full size oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave they allow for ease of catering when taking advantage of the abundance of local delicacies. There is an additional drinks fridge and washing machine in the utility area.

The lounge has a woodburning fire for cooler evenings. With comfortable seating and equipped with video & DVD player it is the ideal place to relax. The huge pine table in our sunny dining room easily seats 10 people. The perfect place for all indoor meals and for every occasion.

On the ground floor there is a twin room, this has level access to all ground floor rooms that are linked by a central hallway. (There are slightly raised door threshholds into the kitchen).  Leading from the utility room is a wetroom style shower & toilet area.  This gives plenty of space for children and those with limited mobility.

Upstairs there is a double room with ensuite, a large room with 4 single beds and a twin room.

The front garden has various borders and large pots, across the gated drive is a large grassed area, boules pitch and safely fenced swimming pool.

The pool area is fenced, with a shower, and large patio equipped with recliners, sunbeds and tables.  Large parasols provide much needed shade in this sunny corner of the garden, the surrounding garden areas have been planted with herbs and fragrant flowers.  Enjoy them while you’re relaxing and make use of them in your cooking!

Getting to France couldn’t be easier! There are regular ferry and fast cat services operating from the UK, the most useful routes are:

Portsmouth, Poole, Weymouth or Plymouth to Caen, Cherbourg, St Malo or Roscoff.

Flights are also available into Dinard or Rennes, with car hire from the airport. The maximum travelling time in France from any of these is 2 hrs 30 mins, the minimum just 25mins.
